- You may cancel your subscription anytime via the app or your device’s app store settings.
6. Depiction of Google Maps and Google Services
Any depiction of Google Maps, Google services, or the Google logo in the Dunbar app does not imply ownership or endorsement by Dunbar. These trademarks are the property of Google LLC.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, and materials in the Dunbar app are the property of 150 Dunbar LLC. You may not copy, distribute, or use any content without our explicit permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Dunbar is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding its availability or performance. Dunbar is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.
9. FTC Compliance and Content Authenticity
- Dunbar supports businesses in complying with FTC regulations against fake reviews.
- Users must ensure that all reviews and feedback collected through the app are authentic and truthful.
10. Legal Entity and Governing Law
- Dunbar is operated by 150 Dunbar LLC, a company incorporated in the State of Delaware.
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
11. Termination of Use
